Electrical
Electricians in Medway and Mid Kent
Our contractors provide electrical work for homes and businesses across Medway, Maidstone, Gravesend and Faversham. Every job is carried out by NICEIC and NAPIT registered electricians, certified to Part P, and comes with the right certificate when it is finished.
About this service
Our electrical service
Electrical work rarely happens on its own. A new kitchen needs extra circuits, a bathroom needs safe zoned lighting, and an extension needs sockets, switches and a consumer unit that can cope with the load. Because we manage every trade on the job, your electrician is booked at exactly the right point, first fix before the plasterer and second fix before the decorator, so nothing gets chased out twice.
We look after domestic and commercial clients, from a single fault to a full office fit out with LED panel lighting, trunking and new sockets. You deal with one project manager the whole way through, and you receive your Electrical Installation Certificate and building regulations notification once the work is signed off.
What our electrical service includes
- Full and partial rewires
- Consumer unit upgrades with RCD protection
- Kitchen, bathroom and extension circuits
- Indoor and outdoor lighting, including LED strip and feature lighting

Questions
Electrical questions answered
Cannot see your question? Send us a message and your project manager will reply.
Do I get a certificate after electrical work?
Yes. Notifiable work in England, such as a new circuit, a consumer unit replacement or work in a bathroom, must meet Part P of the Building Regulations. Our registered electricians notify the work and you receive an Electrical Installation Certificate plus a building regulations compliance certificate.
Do I need to upgrade my old fuse box?
Not always, but an older fuse box without RCD protection does not meet the current wiring regulations. If you are rewiring, extending or adding circuits, upgrading to a modern consumer unit is usually the safest and most practical option. We will tell you honestly after an inspection.
Can you handle electrics as part of a bigger renovation?
Yes, that is exactly how we work. Your project manager schedules the electrician around the plasterer, carpenter and decorator, so first fix and second fix happen at the right time and you are not left coordinating trades yourself.
Do you carry out commercial electrical work?
Yes. We fit out offices and commercial spaces across Kent, including LED panel lighting, surface trunking, socket circuits and fire safety lighting.
