Our flooring service
A new floor is the last thing laid and the first thing people notice. Every bump, gap and uneven join in the subfloor shows through vinyl and Amtico, so our fitter checks the floor first and levels it where needed before anything goes down.
Flooring usually comes at the end of a bigger job, after the plasterer, kitchen fitter and decorator. Because we manage every trade, the floor goes down once the messy work is done, and doors, skirting and thresholds are finished to suit the new floor height.

What is Amtico flooring?
Amtico is a premium luxury vinyl tile designed to look like natural wood or stone. It is warm and quiet underfoot, copes well with water and heavy use, and suits kitchens, hallways, bathrooms and open plan living spaces.
Can you lay herringbone flooring?
Yes. We lay herringbone and chevron patterns in wood, laminate and luxury vinyl. The pattern is set out from the centre line of the room so it runs square through doorways and into adjoining spaces.
Do you fit carpets on stairs and landings?
Yes. We fit carpets throughout the home, including stairs and landings, and stair runners that leave the painted edges of each tread on show.
Does my floor need preparing before new flooring goes down?
Usually, yes. Vinyl and Amtico show every bump in the floor beneath, so most floors need levelling or new boarding first. We check the subfloor before quoting and include any preparation needed.
