Do I need planning permission to replace my roof?
Usually not, if you are re roofing with similar materials. Listed buildings and homes in conservation areas, including parts of Rochester and Faversham, can have extra rules, so we always check before work starts.
Can you repair a roof rather than replace it?
Often, yes. Many leaks come from a few slipped tiles, worn flashing or blocked gutters. We will tell you if a repair will do the job and only recommend a re roof when it is genuinely needed.
Do you build roofs on new extensions?
Yes. We arrange pitched and flat roofs for extensions, garden rooms and outbuildings as part of a fully managed build, including roof lanterns and skylights.
Do you replace fascias, soffits and gutters?
Yes. Fascias, soffits and guttering can be replaced on their own or alongside other roof work, which saves putting up access twice.
