What does Brooks Construction do?
Brooks Construction is a multi trade building contractor based in Kent. We manage electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, bricklaying, patios and driveways, tiling, flooring, painting and decorating, and plastering, so you have one point of contact for your whole project.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of the Medway towns, including Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Strood and Rainham, plus Maidstone, Gravesend and Faversham, and work within around 15 miles of these towns. That includes Tonbridge, Dartford, Sittingbourne and Tunbridge Wells.
How is using one contractor different from hiring separate trades?
Instead of finding, booking and chasing five or six tradesmen yourself, you speak to one project manager. We schedule every trade in the right order, check the work at each stage and deal with any problems, so the job finishes properly and you avoid the headache.
